Coster, Claude-Charles, b. 1741?
French government official, "Chef du Bureau des Etats-Généraux" in 1790-1791, who apparently worked with Charles Juste prince de Beauvau and other aristocrats who were trying to recover power during the French Revolution and restore the Ancien Régime.
