Dominican Sisters of the Sick Poor.
The Dominican Sisters of the Sick Poor were founded by Mary Walsh in New York City in the late 1800s to provide health care to the sick poor in their homes. Current ministries have expanded and include assistance to and work with the poor on social issues affecting them.
