Paul, Fred, 1914-1994
Seattle attorney Frederick Paul (1914-1994) was active on behalf of Native American rights. His work for the Arctic Slope Native Association eventually resulted in the 1971 passage of the Alaska Native Settlement Act, which set asided land and created a fund to settle Alaskan Native claims.
