Chapman, John
John Chapman received both a master's degree in Latin American Studies and a Ph.D. in the History of Latin America from the University of Texas. He has lived in Uruguay and Mexico, and has worked for the U.S. Department of Education dealing with issues of bilingual education and immigration.
