Hayes, Robert E., 1934-1965.

Robert E. Hayes was a member of the Davidson College class of 1955 and won election to Phi Beta Kappa. He won a full scholarship to Harvard Medical School, graduating with honors in 1959. He served on the staff of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston as a pathoneurologist. He conducted special research studies in diseases of the brain. Dr. Hayes died unexpectedly in 1965.
