Halsey, Edmund Drake, 1840-1896
Edmund D. Halsey served as a clerk, sergeant major and adjutant of the 15th New Jersey Infantry Regiment from August 1862 to January 1865. He alss frequently served as a judge advocate in courts martial proceedings.
