Coombs, John Dexter, 1897-1975

John Dexter Coombs, graduated from Lisbon Falls High School, 1916 and from Bates College, 1922; served as principal in Maine and Connecticut high schools for many years. Albert Purves Coombs graduated from Lisbon Falls High School in 1921 and Maine Central Institute in 1924; moved West ca. 1926 to become an electric lineman in Montana.
