Butler, Edward H. (Edward Hubert), 1883-1956

Editor and publisher of the Buffalo Evening News and president of radio station WBEN. One of the foremost newspaper publishers of his generation; was president of the American Newspaper Publishers Association, director of the Associated Press, vice-president of the North American Newspaper Alliance, and a pioneer in presenting news by radio.
