Choate, Robert B. (Robert Burnett), 1898-1963.
Choate entered Harvard in 1916 before going to France to fight in World War I. After the war, he began working as a reporter for the Boston herald. In 1940 he was named the editor and publisher of The Boston herald and The Boston traveler. He was active in the state Republican party and in the creation of the newspaper's television channel. He is the author of a number of historical novels and an autobiography, Wanted to write. He died in Boston.
