Delaware State Association for the Relief of Sick and Wounded Soldiers
Organized in Wilmington in July 1862; provided books and clothing to Delaware soldiers in camps and hospitals; assisted soldiers' families and Union refugees from battles; and participated in the Great Central Fair of the U.S. Sanitary Commission.
