Henry Percy Douglas
Henry Percy Douglas was born in Cheshire in 1876. He joined the navy in 1890. He carried out survey work in the Mediterranean, Red Sea, China and the west coast of Africa. From 1917-1918 he was director of the naval meteorological service e died in 1939
