Lozano Herrera, Agricol 1926-1999

Lozano, an attorney practicing in Mexico City, was serving in 1993 as the Church's legal counsel in Mexico and worked with representatives of the office of the General Counsel in Salt Lake City, as well as with the Mexico South and Mexico North area presidencies, to register the Church as a religious association, in line with a recent revision of the Mexican constitution.
