Essential Oil and Spice Ltd. (earlier name, Darley Associates Ltd.) was partially owned and supported by Fritzsche Brothers, Inc., and existed primarily for the purpose of supplying them with essential oils and spices; Fritzsche Brothers later acquired full ownership and gave the property to the University of Illinois.
