Ley, J. W. T. (James William Thomas), 1879-1943
The Dickens Fellowship was founded on Oct. 6, 1902, and maintains a headquarters at the Dickens House on Doughty Street in London; now with an international membership, the organization's purpose continues to be to create a common bond of friendship between admirers of English novelist Charles Dickens (1812-70) and to preserve properties associated with Dickens and his works.
