McMaster, A. T. (Arthur Thomas), 1918-

Member (Republican) of the Illinois House of Representatives (1971-1986) from Oneida (Knox County). Served the 45th, 47th, and 73rd Districts in western Illinois.

Major committee assignments included: Agriculture (1971-1976, 1983-1986), and Counties & Townships (1971-1986). Also served on the County Problems Commission (1971-1984), and was Chairman of the Township Government Laws Commission (1973-1978). Before election to the House, McMaster served 18 years in local government, including as Chairman of the Knox County Board of Supervisors.
