Niagara River Steam Boat Company.
Company formed in 1824 to construct and fit out a steam boat to navigate the Niagara River. Original directors included Absalom Bull and Augustus S. Porter. The "Niagara" was sold to Peter B. Porter on 15 Sept. 1835.
