In 1911 Edward Savage Crocker and his wife purchased Dr. Crow's house. "It was Crocker who was responsible for doubling the size of the property by purchasing the land to the west of the residence and enhancing it with extensive gardens and outbuildings." -- Greene & Greene / Edward R.
