Vivienne Rae-Ellis is a Tasmanian-born writer who has published extensively including "Lively libraries" (a handbook for librarians), biographies of Louisa Anne Meredith, Trucanini, and George Augustus Robinson; adult fiction ("Queen Trucanini", co-authored with Nancy Cato), a romance novel ("The Cavendish affair"), children's fiction ("Menace at Oyster Bay" and "The tribe with no feet"), as well as film, television and radio scripts.
