Boyer, Richard, 1923-
Business man. Son of late Sir Richard Boyer. His career with the Commonwealth Public Service included: Chairman Tariff Advisory Committee Papua new Guinea (1972-74), Commissioner of Industries Assistance Commission (1974-81) and Director of the ABC (1983-86).
