Plum Creek Lumber Company.
Incorporated in 1944 under the state laws of Minnesota, the company purposed to develop and deal in timberlands, timber products and by-products, and to conduct general logging and lumber manufacturing operations. NP purchased the company in 1968, thereafter operating a large plywood plant in Cloumbia Falls (Mont.) and a sawmill in Pablo (Mont.). In 1970, the company became a subsidiary of BN Inc., its operations remaining approximately the same.
