Attorney and federal judge. Born in Washington, D.C., May 4, 1906. Earned LL. B., George Washington University Law School, 1932. United States Attorney for the District of Columbia 1956-1961. Member, Dean's Council, Georgetown University Law Center, 1960-1965. Appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia by President Lyndon Johnson, 1965. Died in Washington, D.C., July 9, 1999.
