Baker, Daniel, 1791-1857
Daniel Baker, a Presbyterian clergyman, revivalist, and author, served as a church pastor in Austin, Texas, and was founder and president of Austin College. William M. Baker, his son, was also a Presbyterian clergyman,author, and church pastor in Galveston and Austin.
