Evans, Morris O.

Evans was an associate professor of Agricultural Economics at New Mexico State University, 1942-1956. During his tenure he became involved in the Arkansas-White-Red Red Basins Inter-Agency Committee (A.W.R.B.). Before arriving at New Mexico State, he had worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture on various land purchase programs and flood control projects.
