Fogg, Verne Allen, 1897-
Verne A. "Misty" Fogg was instrumental in the development of the Cooperative Grange League Federation (GLF), the predecessor of Agway. In the mid-thirties, he organized and developed GLF's farm supply services and lumber business; and set up the organization's first comprehensive budget system. He also joined and worked with the Farm Bureau Oil Co. of Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania, which later was renamed United Cooperatives; and the Texas City Refinery.
