League for Human Rights (Cleveland, Ohio)

Organized in 1933, by leaders of Cleveland's Jewish community, to promote a boycott of Nazi-produced goods and to disseminate accurate information about the Nazi regime. It later began to combat anti-Semitic and pro-Nazi activities in Cleveland and to investigate the individuals and organizations behind such activities. It was dissolved in 1946.
