Maling, Peter Bromley, 1912-

The collection consists mainly of letters from Rex Nan Kivell to Peter B. Maling, discussing books both were writing. Nan Kivell refers to publishing Portraits of the famous and infamous : Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, 1492-1970. Maling was most likely in the midst of writing The Torlesse papers, published 1958. There is also a photocopy of newspaper articles, written by P.B. Maling in The Press, which refer to Rex Nan Kivell and his collection.
