Minnesota. Secretary of State. Corporations Division
The Legislature authorized the incorporation of cooperative associations under the same provisions as for other corporations [Laws 1919 c382, amended Laws 1921 c63, and Laws 1923 c326]. The incorporation of cooperative marketing associations was authorized in 1923 [Laws 1923 c264].
