Mitchell family.
Residents of Kennebunk, Me. William Mitchell (1794-1874) was bank president and selectman, of Kennebunk. His sons were Rev. William H. Mitchell, teacher and minister of Second Advent Society of Biddeford and later a church in New Hampshire, and George E. Mitchell who was involved in business enterprises in Maine and Massachusetts.
