Clark, Frank R. (Frank Rinker), 1881-1974
Frank Rinker Clark was a geologist who worked for the United States Geological Survey, and later for several oil companies. He worked for the Ohio Oil Company from 1923 until his retirement in 1946. He was made a vice president of Ohio Oil in 1936. He was credited with discovery of the Yates field in west Texas. He served as president of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists in 1933.
