Knaus, Ludwig, 1829-1910
The genre painter Ludwig Knaus was a successful German painter. He became a professor at the Kunstakademie Dü̈sseldorf, and later, in 1874, moved to Berlin, where he taught at the Akademie der Künste until 1882.
