De Lery, Joseph Gaspard, 1721-1797
French engineer.
Born in Quebec in 1721, and was an engineer of the French King. Under the English regime he was chief overseer of highways, member of the Executive Council, and member of the Legislature. He died in Quebec in December, 1797.
