Dehoney, William Wayne, 1918-2007.

Dehoney served as Southern Baptist pastor in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. He was president of the Southern Baptist Convention from 1964-1966. He was active in the Baptist World Alliance, and served on their Executive Committee. While pastor at Walnut Street Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky, he founded BibleLand Travel, later Heritage Travel, and today Dehoney Travel. The company offers seminary trips to the Holy Land and other countries.
