Olsen, O. J., Captain.
The Dorothy Wintermote foundered on the south side of Fish Rocks, Gualala, Calif. at 7:53 am on September 17, 1938. With assistance from San Francisco, Captain Olsen floated the vessel off the rocks but the vessel sank soon after. Link to map of Fish Rocks and the shipwreck site:
