Sioux Falls and Manitoba Railway Company.
Incorporated in 1902 under the laws of the state of South Dakota, the company purposed to build and operate a railway line from Sioux Falls to Watertown (S.D.). On 14 December 1903, its name was changed to the South Dakota Central Railway Company, and operation of the line continued under the new name.
