Wrigley, Derek F., 1924-
Designer. Arrived in Australia from England in 1947. lecturer in Architecture, University of New south Wales and operator of private design practice. Wrigley was instrumental in establishing the School of Environmental Design, the New South Wales Chapter of the Industrial Design Institute of Australia and the Industrial Design Council of Australia. He was also active in promoting low energy use through good designed aids for the disabled.
