Harmon, Abram, ca. 1793-1858.

Abram Harmon, a native of South Carolina, was Deputy Superintendent of the Watch, City of Savannah, 1823-1828, and Superintendent of the Watch, 1830-1836. He was Superintendent of Streets and Lanes for a part of this period and City Marshall from 1837 until 1843. He also sold, bought, and slaughtered cattle.
