Robert Cotton was a breeder of Hampshire Downs sheep in New South Wales. Political career: Cotton was Minister for Civil Aviation, 1969-1972 and former Federal Vice President of the Liberal Party and State President of the Liberal Party, N.S.W. 1957-1960.
