Toschi, Francesco.

Francesco Toschi belonged to an old, noble family that provided Reggio with jurists, writers, prelates and public servants. He mentions an archpriest uncle imprisoned in 1797, and another relative, Orazio Toschi, who in February 1802 became a member of the Collegio Elettorale dei Possidenti in the government of the newly created Repubblica Italica.
