JACKSON, KATHERINE GAUSS
Magazine editor; North Egremont, Massachusetts. Born 1904. Died 1975. Alfred Hamilton Barr was a former director of the Museum of Modern Art, New York City, and died in 1981. Barr and Jackson had known each other in Greensboro, Vt., where their famillies had summer homes. Barr attended Princeton University while Jackson's father was Dean of the College.
