Prospect Union (Cambridge, Mass.)
Organized in January1891 as the Prospect Progressive Union, the Prospect Union was an unofficial association of Cambridge workingmen and Harvard students and faculty. The students and faculty donated their time to teach evening classes and give lectures; the Union also provided musical and other entertainments.
