Ezekiel, Jacob, 1812-1899

Communal leader b. in Philadelphia, Pa.; moved to Baltimore, Md., in 1833; the next year moved to Richmond, Va., and entered the dry goods business; moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1869 and served as secretary to the Hebrew Union College Board of Governors (1876-1896).
