Roswell Railroad Company
Incorporated in Georgia in 1879 with the reorganization of Atlanta and Roswell Railroad Company; controlled by Atlanta and Charlotte Air-Line Railway Company (1881) which constructed the line from Roswell to Chamblee, Ga. (10 miles); operated by Richmond and Danville Railroad Company (1881-1894) and Southern Railway Company after 1894.
