Pleasence, Donald, 1919-1995
Donald Pleasence (b. 5 October 1919, Worksop, England–d. 2 February 1995, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France) was an English actor. He volunteered with the Royal Air Force during WWII and then began an acting career on stage, television and film. He is most notable for the films Halloween (1978), You Only Live Twice (1967), and The Great Escape (1963).
