Moss, Herbert
Herbert J. Moss served in the position of Secretary of the University from 1950-1952. This position was part of the President's Office. He served under two different university presidents: Robert F. Chandler and Arthur S. Adams. He then went on to the position of Dean of the Graduate School from 1952-55.
