Shipowner, of Brunswick, Me.; owner of brig Porpoise, commanded by Capt. Cyrus Libby, of Scarborough, Me., which was seized by the U.S.S. Raritan and charged with having been engaged in slave trade between Africa and Rio de Janeiro.
