Law firm of Sumter, S.C.; firm also operated under name of Haynsworth, Fraser, and Cooper, ca. 1870-1871; Thomas Boone Fraser served in S.C. House, 1858-1864; in 1878, elected judge of the third judicial circuit representing Sumter, Clarendon, Williamsburg, and Georgetown Counties; William F.B. Haynsworth graduated from S.C. College in 1844; appointed President of the Bank of Sumter in 1881.
