Frobenius, Courtney L.
Courtney Lynn Frobenius was born on April 11, 1948 in Hays, Kansas. He served in the army from 1966 to 1971 where he rose from the rank of Private to Captain. After the war, he graduated from Wichita State University and managed airports. He established Vietnam-Indochina Tours, which takes veterans and others to Vietnam and the Indochina region, in 1994.
