Rauschning, Hermann, 1887-1982
Hermann Rauschning was born in 1882 in Thorn (today ToruĊ, Poland). He was a German politician who briefly joined the Nazi party before defecting and eventually fleeing Germany. During his period in exile he authored numerous anti-Nazi books.
