Harper, Walter Haskell, 1893-1930.

Walter Haskell Harper was born September 3, 1893 in Harpers, later renamed Andrews, South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina and later the Medical College of the State of South Carolina from which he graduated in 1916. He died September 1930 in Gadsden, Alabama where he worked as the County Health Officer.
