Duport, Adrien Jean François, 1759-1798
Adrien Jean Francois Duport (1759-1798) was a French political figure who worked with a Swiss political organization, the Comité or Club de la Propagande, an organization which sought to bring the principles of the French Revolution to Switzerland. Duport debated the feasibility of this approach numerous times with the Comte de Mirabeau.
